How do I transfer my CD music (not purchased) on my iPod to my computer?

See, i got another computer, and i got it synced with my purchased music, problem being it wouldn't transfer stuff i put on it via CD, how do i get my CD's that are on my ipod to show up on itunes on my new computer?
