How do I upload CD music to my ipod using somebody else's laptop?

Is it possible to use somebody else's laptop to upload music onto my own ipod? I've plugged in my own ipod to my friend's Macbook while I'm staying here. I want to upload a CD I just purchased onto my own ipod, how do I do that without synchronizing the entire Itunes library and losing my own music?

1. just plug it into the usb port
2. when u plug it in, click manually manage music.... pop in disk... save disk to library... click n drag music to ur ipod... hope this helps ^_^
3. sorry to tell you but you cant. in order to sync songs to your ipod you have to use your computer. the only way to do it is to resync but that deletes all the music on you ipod and syncs it with the other persons music.
4. the laptop youre uing shold have itunes..... have you tried that??
